Ingredients
12graham cracker sheet halves
6(1/2 ounce each)squares good quality chocolate(such as Lindt Intense Orange Dark Chocolate or Lindt milk chocolate)
6large marshmallows
Instructions
Grease a baking sheet lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
Leave oven rack in center of oven, preheat broiler for 2 to 3 minutes.
Place marshmallows on baking sheet (laying sideways or upright depending on which way they'll be most level on their tops for even browning).
Transfer to oven and let toast until golden brown, about 30 seconds to 2 minutes (don't walk away keep a very close eye on them). Remove from oven.
Lay 6 graham cracker halves out, if you want melty runny chocolate add chocolate pieces over the 6 graham crackers, if you want more solid chocolate then add it at the end as noted.
Turn marshmallows to opposite side (golden toasted side now facing down) and set marshmallow on top of the 6 graham crackers (or over chocolate also if you wanted melted option). Return to oven and let toast until marshmallows are just golden brown on opposite side (about 30 seconds or so). Remove from oven.
Add chocolate (if not added already) over the top of the toasted marshmallows. Layer remaining 6 graham crackers over the top and sandwich the layered s'mores together.
