Meet Whipped Yogurt! It's a more indulgent form of yogurt, yet a slightly healthier alternative to regular whipped cream. It whips into billowy medium set peaks, it's luxuriously creamy and there are endless ways to serve it.
Add Greek yogurt, heavy cream, honey and vanilla bean paste to a medium mixing bowl.
Whip mixture on medium speed for about 30 seconds, then increase to high speed and whip until medium stiff peaks form, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Serve as a topping to desserts or crepes, pair with granola or fresh fruit.

Chocolate Whipped YogurtTo make a chocolate variation simply add 3 Tbsp Dutch process cocoa powder into the mixture with everything else along with an additional 2 Tbsp honey (or sweeten with added powdered sugar).
